Vladislav Kutepov provides website design and development, brand and visual design, and platform implementation services (including Kajabi and similar platforms). The scope, timeline and price of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or estimate agreed with the client before work begins.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, portfolio imagery and code — is the property of Vladislav Kutepov and is protected by international copyright law. Upon full payment for an engagement, the client receives the agreed deliverables and a licence to use them for their intended purpose. Vladislav Kutepov retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients agree to provide timely access to materials, content, accounts and feedback required to deliver the agreed work, and to confirm they hold the necessary rights to any materials they supply.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in each proposal. Work may be paused or cancelled by either party in writing; work completed to date remains payable.

You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to our systems, submit false or fraudulent enquiries through our contact form, or use website content without permission.

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vladislav Kutepov is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page with an updated effective date.
